CreativeKit Studio is a trading name of E.S.E Milimanou Digital Solutions Ltd, registered in Cyprus.

OVERVIEW
These Terms apply to all services provided by CreativeKit Studio. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES
We provide:
• Website design and development
• CRM setup using GoHighLevel
• Lead capture and automation systems
• AI integrations
• Ongoing support and monthly services

Scope of work is defined in writing before each project.

WEBSITE PROJECTS
• A deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due before launch or final delivery
• Timelines depend on your feedback and content delivery

Delays in communication will delay the project.

AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
• Systems are built based on your business processes
• You must provide accurate information and workflows
• We do not guarantee leads, sales, or performance outcomes

You are responsible for how the system is used after delivery.

MONTHLY SERVICES
• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Includes support, updates, and optimization
• You may cancel with 14 days notice
• Services may pause if payment fails

PAYMENTS
• All pricing is agreed in advance
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Completed work is non-refundable
• Late payments may result in service suspension

REVISIONS AND SCOPE
• Limited revisions are included per project
• Extra revisions or new requests are charged separately
• Work outside scope requires a new agreement

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide content, access, and approvals on time
• Ensure you have rights to all materials you supply
• Communicate clearly and promptly

Delays from your side affect delivery timelines.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party tools including:
• GoHighLevel
• Google
• Meta Platforms
• Stripe

These providers may process data on your behalf.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including General Data Protection Regulation.

By using our services, you agree to how data is collected and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

OWNERSHIP
• Full ownership of deliverables transfers after full payment
• We may showcase work for marketing purposes
• Unpaid work remains our property

RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We provide systems designed to improve lead generation and efficiency.

We do not guarantee:
• Search rankings
• Lead volume
• Revenue or conversion results

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CreativeKit Studio is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Data issues outside our control
• Misuse of systems after delivery

TERMINATION
• Either party may terminate at any time
• You must pay for work completed up to termination
• No refunds for completed work

CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep your business information confidential.
You agree not to share our systems, workflows, or materials without permission.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

UPDATES
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
